With Vantage Pro2 and Weather Envoy, this solar-powered kit allows you to mount the anemometer (art.no. 6410) in a different location than the integrated sensor suite - up to 300 m (free sight) from your wireless console/receiver.
Moreover, the transmitter kit can be used with Envoy8X  and thus with further sensors.
