One of the probes is equipped without any cable, has got a diameter of 1.5 mm only and is suitabble for measuring the core temperature of meat.
The other probe is a probe with a cable with a diameter 3 mm and heat-resistant up to +400°C. It can be left directly in the oven or the smoker.
