General information:
The flow meter consists of an impeller which is set into rotation by the flowing medium. The rotor's rotational speed is proportional to the flow volume per time unit. The rotor is fitted with magnets. A Hall sensor records the rotational speed.
The LABO-RRH electronics provide various output signals:
- Analog signal 0/4 mA to 20 mA (LABO-RRH-I)
- Analog signal 0/2 V to 10 V (LABO-RRH-U)
- Frequency signal (LABO-RRH-F) or
- Flow signal pulse / x litre (LABO-RRH-C)
A model with switching output is also available.
If desired, the full scale value can be set to the currently existing flow using "teach-in".
